To maintain security levels of Silent Phone, the Security Team has recently updated underlying certificates embedded in Silent Phone and the encryption protocols.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Update to the latest version. Done. Easy! Your Silent Circle service will continue unfettered.
As of June 28, 2016, due to the expiration of older certificates, Silent Phone Android versions 5.1.2 and later and Silent Phone iOS versions 3.0.1 and later will be required for continued use.
