Introducing Credit Top-up for Silent Phone
We are excited to announce Silent Phone users will now be able to automatically top-up their service when they pay with a credit card. This top-up capability will ensure the user has enough funds in their account to continue receiving Silent Phone service without having to manually add funds on a regular basis. Silent Phone users are now able to opt-in to this capability via their Silent Phone account portal.
As this is an opt-in capability, it’s in the user’s complete control. Once enabled, the system will charge the user’s credit card automatically when the balance in the account goes below the amount needed to pay for the next month’s recurring service charges (Silent Phone monthly fee and any Telephone Number monthly charge). The top-up amount will be equal to the amount needed to cover the next month’s recurring fees plus a $5 buffer.
