Members,

Our Swiss data center experienced a temporary general loss of power between 1500 UTC Saturday and 2348 UTC Sunday resulting in an outage of Silent Phone’s Silent World Out-Circle calling.

Silent Phone member to member secure calling and messaging was and is not affected.

As of 1125 UTC today we have restored inbound calling to our global telephone numbers and to some of our US telephone numbers.  As of 1140 UTC today we restored Silent World outbound calling.

Our current detailed status is:

  • Inbound on OCONUS TNs: FULLY OPERATIONAL
  • Inbound on older US TNs: FULLY OPERATIONAL
  • Inbound on newer US TNs: OUT OF SERVICE
  • Outbound: PARTIALLY OPERATIONAL

We continue to work toward full service restoration and will keep you informed of status as the solution progresses.
